General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the “ Online Shop” (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) are drawn up in accordance with:

  • Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2),
  • Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Data Protection Regulation,
  • Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1),
  • the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and
  • the International e-Commerce Code of Conduct.

The online shop is managed by MATJAŽ DOBRAVC S.P. (“the Manager”), who is also the Seller.

The online shop is a service that allows you to buy used computers and used computer equipment remotely or via the online shop

The General Terms and Conditions of Business define the operation of the online shop, the rights of users and the business relationship between the Seller and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). Users of the online shop can be natural or legal persons.

You can make a so-called “quick purchase without registration” in our online shop. In doing so, he/she has the same rights and benefits as a visitor who registers in the online shop. When registering in the online shop, the visitor who wishes to register will be provided with a username and password of his/her choice. The username and password unambiguously identify and link the user to the completed data. The General Terms and Conditions of Business deal with the operation of the online shop, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

The Administrator reserves the right to amend or supplement the General Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise specified, the amended General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the website

Accessibility of information

The Controller undertakes to provide the User with information on:

  • the identity of the seller – company name, registered office, registration or registration number,
  • contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (email and phone),
  • the essential features of the goods and services, including after-sales service and guarantees,
  • the availability of the goods or services in the online shop, which should be available within a reasonable period of time; the user shall be informed of the availability and delivery time by e-mail each time,
  • the terms and conditions for delivery of the products or performance of the service, at least the possible methods, places and time limits for delivery,
  • all prices clearly and unambiguously set out showing the price structure – net price of the product or service, value added tax and delivery charges,
  • payment methods,
  • validity of the offer,
  • the time limits for withdrawal, the conditions for withdrawal and any costs for returning the goods,
  • complaints and appeals procedures

Order from

Products can only be ordered for the territory of the Republic of Slovenia via the online shop.

An order becomes valid and irrevocable when the Buyer places it. Immediately thereafter, the tenderer receives an email notification of the successful award of the contract. This notice does not confirm that the product is in stock or that dispatch has started.

Products ordered will be charged at the prices published on at the time the order is placed. All prices include VAT. The amount of postage and any purchase price (if the user opts for cash on delivery) is not included in the price of the products and is charged in the shopping cart.

If the product is out of stock, we will notify the customer within 1 working day of the order being placed and refund any costs already incurred.

The order placed constitutes a contract of sale between the online shop and the customer at the moment of the order confirmation by the administrator, which is stored securely in electronic form on the administrator’s server.

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that he/she has been informed of the General Terms and Conditions and that he/she has been expressly advised of them.

We reserve the right to correct any errors on, and we will notify the customer within 24 hours and refund any costs incurred.

Shopping option for natural persons

There are two ways for natural persons to purchase:

  • by registering as a user,
  • each time you buy without registering.

By clicking “Add to basket”, the user guarantees:

  • over 18 years of age
  • not being deprived of legal capacity.

Shopping option for legal persons

Shopping in the online shop for legal entities is agreed between the seller and the buyer in a contract, which sets out specific terms and conditions, such as:

  • method of payment
  • withdrawal from the contract; and
  • return of products.

Products and prices

Prices in the online shop are presented as online prices. The online price is the price applicable to an online purchase under the payment options offered.

Prices do not include postage and/or any purchase price (if the user opts for cash on delivery) – these costs are indicated in the shopping cart or in the price list. under “Edit your basket”.

Special prices in the online shop are marked. These prices are valid at the time the order is placed, or the prices in force at the time the order is accepted in the information system of the Administrator.

All prices in the online shop are quoted in euros and include value added tax (VAT), except for products where this is specifically or otherwise indicated.

Due to the nature of doing business online, the online shop’s offer changes and updates quickly and frequently. Despite the enormous efforts made to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, the possibility of incorrect price or delivery information cannot be excluded. In these rare cases, or in cases where the price or the supplier’s availability status changes during the processing of the order itself, the supplier will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase or offer the best option to resolve the situation.

We reserve the right to make errors in the prices on the website, which will be notified to the customer within 24 hours of the order being placed and to reimburse any costs already incurred in this respect.

Products ordered will be dispatched after payment has been received, except in the case of cash on delivery.

Payment methods

The Administrator provides the following payment methods:

  • ApcoPay,
  • estimate,
  • cash on collection or cash on delivery by cash or card,
  • LeanPay instalment payments (for natural persons only).

In the case of cash on delivery, the buyer pays the costs of such delivery, which are shown whenever the buyer opts for this option.


Products ordered and in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed. In the case of payment by invoice, the products will only be dispatched once payment of the invoice has been received. The invoice must be paid within 3 working days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. If the online shop is unable to fulfil its obligation because the goods are out of stock, it will notify the buyer by email within 24 hours.

Delivery methods:

  • self-delivery by our own vehicle and free of charge.

Products will be delivered in appropriate packaging to ensure the confidentiality of the nature of the product and to prevent damage to the products ordered.

Delivery shall be made to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order.

Complaints and return of ordered products

In the event of an error by the supplier in the delivery of the products to the customer, the customer may nevertheless contact the supplier, who will resolve the case to the customer’s satisfaction as soon as possible. In such cases, contact with the provider is key to successfully resolving the situation.

Even if the delivered products differ from the ordered products (delivery of the wrong products), the buyer or consumer shall contact the provider via one of the published contacts and return the delivered products in accordance with the agreement, which the provider will replace free of charge with the corresponding ones. The costs of returning the products originally delivered are also covered. Originally delivered products can only be returned in unopened and undamaged packaging.

The consumer or buyer has 14 days to return the product.

The consumer or buyer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notification and give the administrator the opportunity to inspect the item.

A consumer or buyer who has notified the supplier of a defect in a timely and correct manner has the right to require the supplier to rectify the defect in the product or to refund a proportion of the amount paid in proportion to the defect, or to replace the defective product with another faultless product, or to refund the amount paid.

In the event of non-delivery of a product already paid for or in the case referred to in the previous paragraph, the consumer or customer may use the amount for a future purchase in the online shop as a registered user.


Products are guaranteed if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and the presentation of an invoice. Warranty periods are stated on the warranty card or invoice. We offer a 1-year warranty on our computers.

Warranty information is also provided on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the product has no warranty or the information is not known at the moment. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the administrator who will provide up-to-date information.

Receiving points

The Operator allows personal collection of ordered goods at the collection points:

Personal collection is possible during store opening hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 08.0 – 16.00

In the case of personal collection, there are no delivery charges.

Limitations of liability

The Administrator shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information in the Online Shop is up-to-date and correct. However, product characteristics, stock, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the administrator is unable to update the information in the online shop. In such a case, the Administrator will inform the user of the changes and give the user the opportunity to cancel the order or to exchange the item ordered.

The Administrator is not responsible for the content of product reviews written by users. The Administrator may remove those that are manifestly untrue, misleading or offensive. The Administrator is not responsible for the information contained in the opinions and disclaims any liability arising out of the opinions written.

The Administrator reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Business are effective from the date of publication in the online shop.

Complaints and disputes

The Administrator respects the rights of consumers and operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The online shop manager does his best to ensure customer satisfaction, but cannot completely avoid customer dissatisfaction, which most often takes the form of a complaint or a complaint.

The Administrator issues an invoice to the user – the customer, which is received by the customer in physical form together with the products ordered.
